Our representative will custom design your new dream kitchen. Whatever style you are looking for, whether it be elegance, traditional, contemporary or ultra-modern, we can work with you to ensure your new kitchen suits your family and lifestyle. Custom building allows us to maximize usable space, to ensure you’re not left with huge fillers or voids. After all, the kitchen is usually the heart of your family home, so functionality is important.
We do not believe in using high-pressure sales tactics and we definitely won’t ask you to sign up on the spot at your design appointment. Designing and quoting a new kitchen takes care and accuracy to get right. We will return to our showroom and take the time to ensure your job is quoted correctly the first time. You will then be provided with a full quotation and 3D design of your new kitchen renovation via email.
From there we can enter the review stage if necessary. You can view your 3D designs in our showroom on our CAD system in more detail, and discuss any desired changes. You can add or remove any accessories you may be interested in, see different drawer and waste bin options, or even get prices on different styles and finishes of doors and bench tops. Since we have already measured your home we can usually quote these changes on the spot.
We have state of the art CAD software and nesting machinery. This allows us to completely customize any part of your kitchen. You can add, remove or even change the shape of your shelves. Change the Quantity, height and depth of drawers, or even change your bench top height or depth. It is entirely up to you as the customer how in depth you want to go with these details.
We can leave things as ‘standard’, or we can sit down together and change almost any aspect of your new cabinetry. James Kitchens is the cabinet manufacturer, we are not just a retailer selling someone else’s product. Furthermore, this customization usually doesn’t change the cost of your project. (Within reason of course).
We are fully licensed with the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC), and NSW Fair Trading, and you will receive cover with the Home Warranty Insurance Scheme for all eligible domestic building work.
This also means that we can schedule and include payment of trades within your quote from James Kitchens. After all, having a single invoice to pay at the end of your renovation is a lot simpler than paying multiple trades separately.
